Interview with our Official Distributor for Portugal

On this occasion, we have interviewed Ms. Carla Moura, Commercial Director of Colunex S.A. At present, our official Portuguese distributor has 19 shops and participates actively in the country’s most important Trade Shows. What follows is a transcription of her most important comments.

“We have been working with Keyton for over ten years. Our customers like the massage chairs because of the combination of massages for the legs and back. People in Portugal increasingly value comfort, design and technological performance to help them relax and rest. In recent years, we have seen how customers seek and demand products of outstanding design and quality.

At present, we regard the growth in demand for products covering customers’ needs for rest and relaxation as a sales opportunity. Given our sales successes in recent years, this year we will begin to install Keyton massage chairs in Beauty and Spa centres.

Our aim is to install a “Relaxation Area” in all of our shops. These areas will be characterised by their soothing ambience - an atmosphere of peace and well-being which will inspire in our customers the desire to create a similar space in their own homes.
